On the afternoon of June 17th, EIC held the lunch meeting for 2022 graduates. Zheng Xiaojian, Chair of the school party, Qiu Caiming, Dean of EIC, Ge Xiaohu, Deputy Dean of EIC, Chen Shiying, Vice-chair of the school party and 13 representatives of 2022 graduates attended the meeting.
Zheng Xiaojian first extended his gratitude and best wishes to the graduates, and encouraged them to put forward their suggestions for the future development of EIC. Then Qiu Caiming noted that EIC will attach great importance to the suggestions and continuously make progress.
In the meeting, 13 graduates shared their opinions and proposed suggestions in terms of curriculum development, talent cultivation, career planning. Yang Jun and Xiong Haijun hoped that the class hours of software courses can be extended , and continuously update courseware to help students improve their ability of programming. Deng Meng and Lu Chen mentioned that EIC can develop the exchange mechanism for students of different grades. Teachers carefully listened to the suggestions and discussed how to put those suggestions into practice with students.
At the end of the meeting, Zheng Xiaojian and Qiu Caiming, on behalf of EIC, again congratulated the students on their graduation and wished them a bright future, adding that EIC will always be there to welcome graduates back.
